We purchased this bed for our mom with the Solace mattress. It arrived when expected. It went together well, operation is easy and not noisy when it moves. Much better than a regular bed when trying to move my mom. She is comfortable, so are we.

The full electric bed arrived 3-days after it was ordered and with free freight. My wife has Alzheimer's and she has trouble knowing how to get in and out of bed. By lowering the bed she can easily sit down on the edge. In the morning we raise her head and shoulders fully which helps her to get out of bed. Because of her sleep apnea (she won't wear her CPAP mask) we raise her head and shoulders slightly at night to sleep better.
When we priced the same model bed to buy at our local medical supply store they priced it at Medicare rates of $1,895 plus additional for mattress and side rails. With sales tax it would have exceeded $2,100. We paid $865 at Emed. We are SUPER PLEASED.

Shipping was amazingly fast....and what was better, is it was free. I like the fact that the whole bed can be raised to a level that lets me exercise my husbands left leg (which is paralized due to a stroke) without bending. I suffer from arthritis in my spine and having him up at a level where I do not have to bend and hold his leg is wonderful. The mechanical parts operate quitely and work smoothly. The interspring mattress that came with it is very comfortable.

I am very satisfied with the bed. Took my husband only a few hours to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. Shipping was fast and within a week! Solace mattress is proving itself for our bed-ridden mother

I ordered two of these beds the Tuesday before Thanksgiving hoping to receive them early the following week. They came the very next day. Amazing! A real blessing as I was trying to get the room set up to move in-laws into assisted living the next week. The quick delivery allowed me to get a jump on things and have everything in place in plenty of time.
I am also very satisfied with the beds. I was able to put them both together by myself in about half a day.

My wife is happy with the bed and interspring mattress. Our son had it together without any trouble in about an hour.

I ordered the bed on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. The assembly instructions are not very good, but the bed works great and I am very pleased overall.

My son has muscular dystrophy and it was getting difficult for me to lift him from a lying down position. Now with the lift bed, the whole top of his body is lifted and it is much easier to get him up.
The assembly was not complicated, either.

The instructions for this bed are not the best in the world...and while it says all you need are 4 hands and a screwdriver, one actually needs a specific size of socket wrench. And you DO need to follow the instructions (for those of you who think you can just figure it out by looking and what makes sense), unless you enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together again. Several times.
That said, it did go together, it did work the first time, and it feels solid and safe and is reasonably quiet going up and down.
Oh, and our bed remote reversed the up/down buttons...if you push the Up button with the bed in the "Low" position (closest to the floor), nothing happens. You push the Down button, the bed goes up. Go figure.
My mother found the foam mattress a bit firm, but we're talking about a woman whose 30 year old mattress was actually concave when I finally pried it out of her hands. I picked up a couple of egg crate mattress and she's now happy as a clam.
I was thrilled to get the bed on sale, thrilled to not require an entire toolbox to put it together, and thrilled that it worked right away. Really, what more can you ask for?

I ordered this product on Tuesday and got the product on Friday. Can't tell you how happy we are to have this so fast. You have no idea how much this was needed and needed fast. My Grandmother is sleeping at our home now and that means the world to me. Thank you for making our life and most of all my Grandmother's life so much more livable.
