    I recently purchased this mattress & visco topper and couldn't be happier. I've only had it a short while but it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It has firm support but is not hard. I have moderate to severe back & neck issues and I am usually forced out of bed in the mornings due to pain. Now I sleep longer, do not wwake up in pain and feel much more rested. The hospital bed we own is quite old and I was apprehensive as to how it would function but there are absolutely no problems. BTW the sales representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, had great suggestions and was definitely not pushy. I ordered this mattress by phone on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I am very happy with the product, delivery and purchasing process.

    After purchasing a used hospital bed for my husband's surgical recovery I began to have doubts about the mattress the previous owner had said was new. It seems to sink like a donut in the center and so I searched online for information (having never owned a hospital bed).

    This mattress arrived quickly, was folded into thirds in a box and easily conformed to the flat shape on the bed. One minute of lying on the mattress was all it took to realize what a mistake it would have been to use the former mattress! This mattress is firmly supportive, but comfortable. It has the same feel as my new latex mattress in the master bedroom. I'm sure it will make a huge difference in my husband's recovery comfort!

    This mattress was received in perfect condition.Thanks to FEDEX the same week i ordered it..laid out flat..no problem..and it already had the very fine top quality waterproof zippered cover installed,and fits hospital bed perfect..best night of sleep I have had in years,,no aches no pains,much much better than that old spring mattress and the bed no longer creeks,when i lay down,,so it dont disturb the dog...this has my highest recomendation..and get this...made in the good ole USA...it true ,you get what you pay for.and was much cheaper than amazon,with no tax,and free shipping.well thats all,am going to lay down on my new mattress
