Our family knows that medical expenses can often be a surprise so in addition to our lowest price guarantee we ship our products FREE, every day inside the continental USA. (Shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska may incur an additional shipping charge). We use only the most reputable shipping services (UPS, FedEx) and partner with Freight Delivery companies for oversized items. We know that beds can be a time sensitive item so expedited shipping is available on certain products. Please contact us if you would like to expedite your shipment or have any questions.

Can I schedule a delivery?

Our family is very aware that delivery time is very important and the scheduling of delivery is needed for loved ones coming home. If you need a bed delivered to the home or facility and need it in a certain time frame, please call us and we can assist you in placing your order and scheduling the delivery date.

What is included in White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is premium delivery option and includes inside delivery, assembly, overview/training and debris removal of your newly purchased product, on a date and time that is convenient to you. We offer FREE White Glove Delivery on Hill-Rom and Joerns products, our other manufacturers we offer the White Glove option for an additional $250.

White Glove Delivery is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance in the delivery of their new eMed Hospital Beds purchase. eMed Hospital Beds strongly suggests White Glove Delivery for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.

*Please note: White Glove Delivery generally adds 5-7 days to the total delivery time of your item. This time may be extended further or unavailable in certain remote and rural areas.

How do I track my order?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. In most cases, within 2-4 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Certain items and manufacturers may take longer to process and ship and order. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us and include your name and order number.

  • For FedEx Ground shipments (tracking numbers contain 15 digits), call 1.800.GOFEDEX or visit www.fedex.com to track your order.
  • For UPS Ground shipments (tracking numbers that begin with "1Z"), call 1.800.PICKUPS or visit www.ups.com to track your order.

If your purchase is being delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight company via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
